What we collect

When you request care, we collect your contact details, service dates, emergency contact, signed permissions, and the health, behavior, feeding, veterinary, and routine information needed to care for your pet safely.

How we use it

We use this information to review requests, provide pet care, send visit and payment messages, maintain care history, respond in an emergency, and improve future visits. We do not sell personal information.

Who handles the data

Happy Paws uses service providers for secure hosting, database storage, staff authentication, email, photo storage, and payments. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Happy Paws database.

Photos and social media

Care update photos may be stored so they can be sent to you. We only post a pet publicly when you have given social media permission. You can change that permission by replying to a Happy Paws message.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your information when it is no longer needed for care, safety, payment, or legal recordkeeping. Reply to your Happy Paws booking correspondence to make a request.
